Petromin, Nissan’s authorized Kingdom-wide dealer, inaugurated its first dealership in Al-Ahsa. Following the launch of branches in Dammam and Alkhobar earlier this year, the new facility is now the third to open in the Kingdom’s Eastern Province.
Strategically located on Dhahran Road next to Al-Ahsa Chamber of Commerce, the new dealership is positioned to serve the large area of Al-Ahsa that includes six cities and 22 villages.
Modeled on the latest Nissan Retail Environment Design Initiative, the branch is a 3S facility that is visually and technically updated in all areas to meet consumer expectations for retail facilities. It is the sixth Petromin-Nissan branch to open in the Kingdom, and comprises a 500-square meter showroom able to display eight vehicles, and a 750-square meter Petromin Auto Care Workshop with the capacity to serve 10 cars at a time.
Tony Barlow, COO Petromin Automotive services, said: “As we move forward with our strategic expansion plans, the addition of this latest showroom represents another significant milestone for Petromin-Nissan. Al-Ahsa is the largest governorate in the Eastern Province, and we are delighted to be offering an unrivaled integrated proposition to another important market in the Kingdom. By continuing to deliver the highest quality, service and support that can be found anywhere in the world, our mission is to keep setting new standards across the entire automotive industry.”
Sakhr Jamjoom, Petromin VP marketing and HR, said: “We are excited to enhance our vast network of service facilities with this new dealership, and provide more Nissan owners with the kind of high standard customer service they rightly deserve. Petromin through its long history and years of hard work has always believed that customer satisfaction is the core of its business, and its success is based on satisfying and reaching customers not only to meet their expectations and requirements, but also to provide services that exceed their expectations.”
Petromin-Nissan wrapped up the inaugural evening with a surprise. Guests were invited to watch a live stream of the UCL semifinal match between Monaco and Juventus on the showroom’s wide screens.
